Taste: Miraz Frankovka is a rich and powerful wine. The wine has a ruby red colour with purple shine and a lively, thick and bright character. The wine has a very distinctive smell of the frankovka grape. The taste is intense, long lasting, fine and bright with tones of vanilla, pepper and dark chocolate.
Pairing with food: This wine is an excellent choice for game, cheese, barbecue dishes, lamb and steaks. Vinification: Maceration for 12-24 hours, fermentation in stainless steel barrels.
Serving temperature: 16 – 18 degrees Celsius
Alcoholic content: 14%vol
Vinification: Maceration 0f 14 days at 25 ° - 28 °C. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Then matured in oak barrels of 500 litres for two years.
