Kabola Malvazija won a second price at the Perswijn competition en is mentioned in the Perswijn Buyers Guide 2017.
Grape: Istrian Malvasia
Taste: The wine is dry, soft and fresh with pleasant mineral notes. It is medium bodied, balanced and harmonious. Serve with: Pasta with lighter sauces, pasta dishes with meat or seafood, risotto with scampi or shrimps, mushroom risotto, white fish, scallops, chicken in creamy sauces, grilled vegetables and Japanese food.
Serving temperature: 12 degrees Celsius
Alcohol percentage: 12,5 %
Extra information: Since 2009 the winery produces all grapes organic and environmentally friendly. Malvazija 2014 is produced this way as well but is only allowed to carry the eco-label from the vintage 2015.
