Taste: Bijeli Cuvee has a beautiful golden colour. The wine is crispy fresh with rich fruity notes of citrus and peach and discrete notes of celery. The wine has lovely minerality and is very harmonious.
Serve with: This wine is extremely suitable as an aperitif. In addition, it pairs very well with all possible types of white fish, pork and BBQ.
It is also a guilty pleasure of winemaker Tomislav Bolfan to drink this wine as "Gemišt" on a very hot day. That is a super thirst quenching drink of half wine with half sparkling water.
