Taste: Classic Chardonnay is a very easy drinking dry white wine with a beautiful light golden yellow color. The wine is pleasantly floral with subtle citrus notes. The wine is harmonious and balanced by the beautiful acids and refined aromas. This Chardonnay is fresh and creamy at the same time and enormously appetizing.
Serve with: The wine goes well with strong fish (tuna or salmon), seafood and shellfish, but also goes very well with vegetarian dishes or dishes made with pork or poultry. The wine is of course also very suitable as an aperitif or party wine.
Ideal serving temperature: 10-12 degrees Celsius
Type of wine: Quality wine
Vinification: The grapes are pressed in a new modern vacuum press. The fermentation then took place in stainless steel tanks for 14 days. The wine then aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This Chardonnay is unoaked and fresh.
