Graševina is the most widely represented grape variety in Croatia and it is the country’s most famous white wine. It is a fresh, dry and very enjoyable wine.

Harvest: The grapes are picked by hand to ensure the quality of harvest and are then sorted out before getting into the winery.
Vinification: In stainless steel vats with temperature control system.
Taste: This wine is pleasantly uplifting, fresh, light, floral, well structured and harmonious with aromas of green apple and fine scents of linden blossom.
Serve with: Graševina matches charcuterie, specialties of white meat and fresh-water fish. Furthermore it is absolutely delicious with oysters and pairs surprisingly well withe a cheese platter.
Serving temperature: 8-12 graden Celsius.
Alcohol percentage: 12%
