This wine is the almost identical successor to the wine that won a second prize at the Perswijn Wijnconcours and thus stood in the Perswijn Koopgids 2017.
Grape: Istrian Malvasia
Taste: The wine is dry, soft and fresh with pleasant mineral notes. It is medium bodied, balanced and harmonious. Serve with: Pasta with lighter sauces, pasta dishes with meat or seafood, risotto with scampi or shrimps, mushroom risotto, white fish, scallops, chicken in creamy sauces, grilled vegetables and Japanese food.
