Taste: The wine is ruby ​​red in color with purple edges. It is a soft, dry, drinkable and refined wine with the taste of blackberries and blueberries that blend with notes of spices and herbs. The taste is full, velvety and round, with very soft tannins. And an unforgettable aftertaste.
Serve with: From a gastronomic point of view, this soft wine goes perfectly with a nice steak or other meat dishes, risotto with meat and mushrooms, poultry and the wine is lightly cooled and also delicious with salmon dishes. But above all, this is an excellent red wine for every occasion.

Harvest: Hand harvested in crates at mid September 2018.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for eight to ten days in a stainless steel vinifier under controlled conditions at 22-23 degrees Celsius with malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, the wine matures for five months on the yeast (sur lie method) in a stainless steel tank. After bottling, the wine rests for another month in the bottle before being released.
