The grapes for this late harvest wine are dried on mats of straw in the sun. By this method, there are seven times more grapes required than for a normal bottle of wine.
Taste: A pleasant aroma and a harmonious flavour with lots of raisins characterize this dessert wine.
Serve with: The distinctive sweet taste and abundant aroma make this wine an ideal choice for sweet desserts, chocolate or biscuits and is also delicious with a lump of ice with coffee or as an aperitif.
