Wine writer Harold Hamersma writes about these wines:
Feravino Classic rosé: We taste a very soft, mild, even somewhat plump rosé here, fruity and slightly spicy in smell, which, thanks to the lovely accidity, turns out to have a nice clear taste and appeals to both lovers of mild and dry.
Vina Carić Cesarica: A soft wine full of mild flavours, scented with herbs and spices; perfumed, yet very natural. And under that sultry opulence, cheerfully fresh in taste.
Enosophia Matarouge: A pleasant rosé that is silky smooth thanks to the pinot noir, full of fresh red fruit, and at the same time also has something spicy, something earthy, which gives a pleasantly tough side to its character with the lovely fruit.
Bolfan G: The graševina grape produces a friendly, fresh wine that smells of herbs and blossoms, just like the better grüner veltliner can.
Skaramuča Pošip: Pošip produces rich, full-bodied wines, exuberantly scented with fruit, say the grape professors. That's right, we can taste it here. Amidst all that exotic, you look for comparisons with more familiar grapes: we had to think of Viognier, and because of the friendly freshness of our new acquaintance pošip also of a luxurious Grüner Veltliner. Nice to meet you, pošip!
Enosophia TRS no 5: Grapes, herbs, blossom… Nice and tight dry, and lovely minerals.
