Taste: Grasecco brut is a mild wine with a greenish color. The beautiful dry wine has a bouquet of green apple and citrus. The wine has developed very nicely over the years. The secondary aromas have become more prominent. The apple has become ripe apple and the aftertaste is now characterized by a lot of caramel and toast.
Serve with: Well chilled, the wine goes best with white meat, shellfish and cold starters and can also be served as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 6 degrees Celsius
Alcohol percentage: 12%
