Today Blanc brut is the Croatian equivalent of the Italian Prosecco. It is a sparkling wine made from the Graševina grape with the tank method (Charmat method) and bottled in bottles closed with a cork.

Taste: Today Blanc brut is a mild wine with a yellow greenish colour. The wine has a soft, light sweet bouquet with a hint of almond bitterness and a pleasantly mild acidity from the Graševina grape.
Serve with: The wine best suits cold starters, pasta and salads and can also be served as an aperitif. The wine is also perfect for a wine cocktail like Hugo or French 75.
