Graševina is the most widely grown grape variety in Croatia. It grows mainly in the east and north of the country. Winemaker Tomislav Bolfan makes wine from this grape in a biodynamic way in the hills of Zagorje in northern Croatia. It is an appetizing wine that is gastronomically very interesting.

Tasting notes: This beautiful light yellow-green wine has beautiful scents where minerals and green apple predominate. The taste is crisp with lots of citrus, freshly cut green apple and a hint of mint. The wine is elegant and absolutely appetizing. Every sip asks for more.
Serve with: Graševina goes well with grilled meat, white meat, veal, lamb, pork or freshwater and sea fish dishes. But above all, this is a wonderful wine with oysters.
Ideal serving temperature: 10-12 degrees Celsius.
