This is the premium Cabernet Sauvignon from winemaker Tomislav Bolfan. It is a full-bodied red wine that has been made completely organic. The fermentation has taken place exclusively on its own natural yeast, the wine is unfiltered and has no added sulphite.
Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon
Taste: This wine is a beautiful bright ruby red with transparent edges. The scent is characterized by currants, black fruit and blackberries. In the taste you also get a lot of black fruit with a leading role for black currants. The finish is long and soft with a little black pepper, firm tannins and nice vanilla aromas.
Serve with: This sturdy wine goes very well with game dishes. But it also goes well with steak, lamb, meat risotto, roasted chicken or other poultry dishes. And you can also combine it perfectly with a pasta Bolognese. This wine also has great aging potential.
Ideal serving temperature: 16-18 degrees Celsius.

Production method: The grapes for this wine grow in the best positions that Bolfan has on the top of the hill. The soil here consists of marl limestone which gives freshness and minerality to the wine. The grapes were harvested late and the wine is fermented exclusively on its own natural yeast and is unfiltered. The first maceration lasted 15 days, then the wine had 12 months aging in barriques. Before the wine comes on the market, the wine has matured in the bottle for at least 3 to 4 years.
