This organically produced wine is made using the traditional method of Malvazija, Chardonnay and Pinot Sivi. During the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine was left on the yeast for four years. It is an eco-certified sparkling wine that can compete with great Champagnes without a doubt.
Pronunciation: Kàbōlá Rè
Grape: Istrarska Malvazija (70%), Chardonnay (20%), Pinot Sivi (10%)
Vinification: This blanc de blancs is made according to the méthode traditionelle. The wine has been 'sur lies' for four years during the second fermentation, so that the beautiful aromas have been developed.
Taste: The wine is crystal hero with a very fine mousse and fantastic acidity. This creamy brut has delicious aromas of peach and pear followed by caramel, lemon zest and freshly baked croissants.
Serve with: Re is recommended as a refreshing aperitif or to accompany fresh oysters. The wine is also fantastic with sushi and Japanese dishes.
