Taste: This wine has a beautiful amber color. The scent is characterized by apricots, roses and orange blossom. In the intense taste you get dried apricots, mango, caramel, mandarin and orange marmalade.
Serve with: This is a unique wine that is already so layered that you can drink it on its own. But gastronomically it is also very versatile. For example, combine it with beautiful salmon dishes, grilled sausages, spicy dishes or a delicious pork roast.

Vinification: The wine is made completely naturally. It already starts in the vineyards. For example, they use a mixture of cow's milk with garlic and soda against fungi. But everything else is also done naturally. The fermentation has taken place exclusively on its own natural yeast and no sulphite has been added during the entire process. The grapes first lie unpressed in maceration tanks for four days. The grapes are then pressed and the must rests on the skins in oak barrels for six days. The wine then goes without the skins in barriques for two years. During this process, the wine is pumped three to four times to another barrique to remove the sediment. That is the natural filtering.

The soil on which the grapes grow is a bit sandy with a lot of marly limestone and some clay. It is very mineral-rich soil, which gives the wines a mineral taste.
