Sivi means gray in Croatian so the Pinot Sivi is of course the Pinot Gris. Winemaker Tomislav Bolfan makes wine from this grape in a biodynamic way in the hills of Zagorje in northern Croatia. The wine is delicious as an aperitif and has a wide range of gastronomic uses.

Tasting notes: This light golden yellow wine has a delicious scent of tropical fruit and pear. The taste is creamy and fresh at the same time with lots of citrus and apricot. The finish is long with pleasant bitters and a soft touch of apricot marmalade.
Serve with: This wine is delicious with a drink, but also goes well with many types of food. Asian dishes, spicy food, antipasti, grilled vegetables, pasta vongole, risotto with salmon and chicken dishes, it all goes well with this wine.
Ideal serving temperature: 10-12 degrees Celsius.
