Does this dry style Riesling come from Croatia? He could be straight from Alsace and yet he comes from the north of Croatia. There, winemaker Tomislav Bolfan has done his utmost to make a very pure and fresh biodynamic wine from the Riesling grapes that feel very comfortable in the cool climate hills of Zagorje.

Taste: This light golden yellow wine has a fruity scent of peach and melon. The taste is fresh and green with good fruit and a little celery. The wine has nice acidity, a fine minerality and is nice and juicy. It is therefore appetizing and surprisingly tasty.
Serve with: The wine goes perfectly with firm white fish, a nice grilled chicken and goes wonderfully with many salads in which you can process delicious celery and feta or gorgonzola. Because of its nice freshness, the wine can also handle spicy dishes and is a nice surprise with chicken tacos.
Ideal serving temperature: 10 degrees Celsius
Production method: Stainless steel tanks. Winemaker Tomislav Bolfan works organically and preferably as naturally as possible. The fermentation has taken place exclusively on natural yeasts and the sulphite content is extremely low.
