Taste: The wine has a lively, straw yellow-yellow colour. The full flavour is very aromatic and distinctive with a lot of tropical fruit. The finish is long.
Serve with: All possible fish dishes, seafood and white meat. In Croatia, the wine is served with Salad od Hobotnice, a simple but very tasty octopus salad with vinegar, olive oil, red onion and sometimes some pieces of green pepper.
