The wine is called Cesarica (Tsésáritsá), which means empress because it is made from a unique blend of the best Dalmatian grapes. This wine by winemaker Ivo Carić is therefore the empress among the white blends of the island of Hvar.

Taste: In this light straw yellow wine you can smell a lot of minerals, yellow fruit and dried flowers. In the taste you also get a lot of yellow fruit, mature citrus and a light touch of marzipan.
Serve with: Cesarica goes well with chicken and poultry, pasta and risotto with seafood, fish dishes with dill, shrimp and squid.
Ideal serving temperature: 12 degrees Celsius.

Vinification details: Cold fermentation with specially grown yeast in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and acidity.

Details: The original label of the wine was designed by the famous Croatian painter Edo Murtic. His original design was later adapted by noted Zagreb designer Nenad Dogan.
