Additional information: The region of Slavonia where this wine comes from is also called the Chablis of Croatia. The Panonic Sea was once here, all the way to Budapest in Hungary. The grapes here grow on clay soil, which is the ancient seabed. If you plow the ground, fossils and shells still come up. This gives the wines their minerality and they go well with everything from the sea, even if they come far from inland.
Extra information: This wine is one of our Cellar Treasures, but please note that there is still very limited stock and it's gone when it's gone.
