La Belle Grand Brut is a fresh and elegant sparkling wine from the historic Vina Belje estate in Baranja, a beautiful wine region on the border of Croatia and Hungary. This modern brut is crafted from Graševina, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay, using the Charmat method.
Introduced in 2021, this style allows the wine to be ready shortly after harvest while preserving its pure fruit character. Light, refreshing and award-winning – it received a bronze medal at Decanter in London – this sparkling wine is perfect for both festive occasions and everyday moments.
Pale gold in colour with a delicate green hue, this brut offers a fine stream of small, elegant bubbles. The nose and palate reveal fresh notes of green apple and a hint of peach, wrapped in a creamy texture. The finish is long and silky, with a lively yet soft personality. The Charmat method ensures the wine remains fruit-forward and approachable, making it an excellent choice for fans of vibrant but smooth sparkling wines.
Ideal as an aperitif, La Belle Grand Brut pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as seafood or fruit-based salads, grilled chicken or fish, and even roast turkey or lamb. Its freshness and soft mousse offer great balance and versatility on the table.
