Taste: Recognizable for its hay-like yellow colour with golden reflections, the wine is notably aromatic with dominating fresh fruit notes, like vineyard peaches or orange, then the elegant notes of a white rose, and finally the note of sage honey. The scent is very rich and long lasting. It is partly warm and soft but also fresh and very tasty with a slight mineral note. The wine is medium bodied, fine quality with harmonious taste. Pairing with food: Ideal as an aperitif and with sweets.

Alcoholic content: 13,5 %vol
Vinification: Maceration for 12-24 hours, fermentation in stainless steel barrels.
