Kabola Unica - Organic

Due to the special production process, we can call this organically produced wine both white and orange.

Vinification: The grapes for this wine come from the Štancija position, where the oldest vines of Kabola are located. The canes are 35-40 years old. The grapes have been unpressed for a week on the skins. That is why we can call this wine both white and orange. The grapes are then pressed, after which the wine has been stored for a year in oak barrels of 4000 liters.
After a year in the barrels, the wine becomes more orange.
Taste: The wine is a beautiful golden yellow and will become even more golden with age. The scent of vanilla and minerals open the wine, after which you get beautiful flavors and aromas of quince, baked apple and caramel. The wine is very balanced and has a long, exciting aftertaste.
Serve with: Firm fish, poultry, light game dishes such as wild boar or pheasant and meat risotto or veal ragout.
