Made from 100% Chardonnay, it contains just 1.5 grams of residual sugar – with no sugar added and no additives. Winemaker Tomislav Bolfan works biodynamically, with full eco-certification.

Golden, bone-dry and elegantly complex

As the name suggests, Centurion Gold shines in the glass with a golden hue. Expect aromas of hay and caramel, and flavours of nuts, butter, citrus, and green apple. The long finish reveals layers of minerality, yeast, and caramel.
