This organic brut nature is made using the traditional method of Chardonnay. During the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine has been on the yeast for four years. It is a sparkling wine with an eco-certificate that can compete with great Champagnes.
Vinification: This brut nature is made according to the traditional method. The wine was left 'sur lies' for four years during the second fermentation, which developed the beautiful aromas. No sugar was added during vinification, making it a brut nature with only 1.5 grams of residual sugar. Wine maker Tomislav Bolfan works as naturally as possible without adding additives.
Taste: As the name suggests, this wine is golden yellow in color. The wine is bone dry and has scents of hay and caramel, followed by nutty flavors with again caramel, butter, citrus and green apple with a very long aftertaste in which the fine minerality, yeast and caramel play the leading role.
Serve with: This brut is delicious as an aperitif but also goes perfectly with shellfish, salmon, ham and salads with one of the aforementioned ingredients.
