Taste: The wine has a golden yellow color. The taste is broad with aromas of lemon peel, candied orange and a creamy bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit and almond. You can also smell white flowers and honey and the wine has a unique minerality and very refined vanilla aromas in the aftertaste.
Serve with: Fish dishes, shellfish and almond cookies.
Serving temperature: 12 degrees Celsius
Type of wine: Top quality wine with protected designation of origin. Harvest: The vineyards of Prč and Pošip are located on the south side of the island. These are very steep vineyards on rocky soil which gives more ripe fruit. The vineyards of Bogdanuša are located in the Starigrad plain. There you have red soil which gives a good freshness to the wine.
Vinification: Cold maceration for 24 hours, cold fermentation with specially cultivated yeast in stainless steel tanks. The Bogdanuša remains in stainless steel tanks, the Prč and Pošip are aged for eight months in barrels of 50 percent Slavonian oak and 50 percent acacia wood.

Additional information: The wine is suitable for vegans. The original label of the wine was designed by the famous Croatian painter Edo Murtic. Its original design was later modified by the famous Zagreb designer Nenad Dogan.
Awards: The 2021 vintage received a gold medal at the Balkans International Wine Competition. The wine was also mentioned in Winelife Magazine as a special island wine.
