Traditional-method blanc de blancs from Istria

This organic blanc de blancs is made using the traditional method from Istrian Malvazija (70%), Chardonnay (20%) and Pinot Sivi (10%), with a second fermentation in the bottle and 4 years of ageing 'sur lies'. The result is a sparkling wine of great elegance and depth, comparable to premium Champagnes.
